Licensed in three trades, accountable for all of them
For more than ten years, Greenpoint Services has kept Alexandria-area homes heated, cooled, powered, and plumbed with its own licensed crews.
One company for the systems behind your walls
Greenpoint Services was founded by Walter Mendoza on a simple observation: most problems in a home don't stay inside one trade. A new heat pump needs a bigger circuit. A bathroom remodel needs new supply lines and a GFCI circuit. Homeowners were stuck coordinating three contractors who each blamed the others for delays.
So we got licensed in all three. Today Greenpoint Services is a registered Virginia LLC with certified HVAC, plumbing, and electrical licenses and its own crews, based in Alexandria and serving Fairfax County, Arlington, and Washington, D.C.
We diagnose before we quote, put prices in writing, pull permits when the work calls for them, and test everything in front of you before we leave. That's been the approach for more than a decade, and it's why so much of our work comes from repeat customers and their neighbors.
